In 2015, Erin started taking Team Training classes which were a lot of fun and got quick results which inspired her to pursue a career as a personal trainer.
For fun, Erin likes to sew, cook, camp, garden and spend time with her son and daughter.
Erin loves the ability to help people improve their quality of life through fitness. She is compassionate and enthusiastic. There are two things guaranteed with Erin, a fun time and strong core!
“It is a wonderful thing to see peoples confidence, posture, and health improve, I just love to help people tackle their ailments”.
Jen Thomas
Jen started focusing on her overall health during a workplace fitness challenge in 2010. It reunited her with her love of running where she began competing in many of the community 5k races, mud runs, and worked her way up to a half marathon. After healing from an overuse injury while training for a marathon, she became a member of South Yuba Club in 2017. Hoping to find an alternative outlet for exercise and stress relief, she quickly fell in love with the Group Fitness format and the challenge, accountability, and community they provided. She got her certification to instruct MOSSA Fight and joined the Group Fitness team in 2018 and then certified in MOSSA Power a year later.
Even though she’s an “empty nester”, her growing family is always around. She loves whipping up a meal for all of them, hanging out at the family lake, camping, and baking all sorts of sourdough treats to give away. Jen enjoys sharing her passion for having fun while working on lifelong fitness goals. She will challenge you and make you sweat, but she’ll have you doing it with a smile.
“The hardest part of a workout is walking through the door. Once you’re here, we’re going to have some fun and get it done.”
Stacie Reveles
Raised in a dance studio taking ballet, tap, and jazz from the ages of 3 to 21, I found my yoga practice sustained me after my dance career. With my background in classical ballet, I enjoy teaching Barre and bring ballet terms, techniques, methodology and the joy of movement to class. In class, I especially enjoy seeing the looks of determination to get through a tough set, as well as witnessing the softness in the eyes and faces when we are flowing.

I’ve practiced yoga for over 3 decades and began teaching in 2019, and am certified in both Vinyasa and the 26&2 Series (formerly known as Bikram). I continue to take yoga courses at Ananda as I gravitate towards the fullness of Ananda yoga and the depth of their coursework. I deeply appreciate the practice of yoga and the strength, flexibility, and balance it can bring to the physical body; the release, relaxation, and allowing in the subtle body; and the peace and stillness yoga brings to the mind, heart, and soul.
My ultimate goal is to make yoga accessible through offering modifications, while keeping everyone safe in alignment and working right at our edge. Always honoring where the body is in the moment, asanas are an ongoing practice moving directionally toward your edge, and surprising yourself along the way.

Each class is yours, and you are always your greatest teacher. A favorite quote from an instructor of mine really honors the reason behind this practice, “If you come to a yoga class and stay in Savasana the whole hour…you’re doing it right!”
