About Erin: Erin became devoted to fitness shortly after the birth of her first child. She was determined to get the stubborn extra 30lbs off. Working out and staying active immediately became her passion. She has been a member at South Yuba Club since 2009.
In 2015, Erin started taking Team Training classes which were a lot of fun and got quick results which inspired her to pursue a career as a personal trainer.
For fun, Erin likes to sew, cook, camp, garden and spend time with her son and daughter.
Erin loves the ability to help people improve their quality of life through fitness. She is compassionate and enthusiastic. There are two things guaranteed with Erin, a fun time and strong core!

    There’s no doubt about it – this is full-on high intensity interval training (HIIT). These calorie burning sessions use alternating sets and conditioning circuits to blast fat, build functional strength, and develop a lean toned body. Each session finishes with core work and mobility exercises to round out the workout. The sessions changed daily so you and your body are always challenged in the best possible way. Come ready to sweat, have fun, and torch some calories (45 mins).

  • This low-impact strength training class is designed for the active senior who wants to maintain and build strength for life. Work with a Personal Trainer, in a fun small group setting, to meet meet new friends, improve balance, core strength, bone density and overall strength and conditioning (45 mins).
