These calorie burning sessions use alternating sets and conditioning circuits to blast fat, build functional strength, and develop a lean toned body. Each session finishes with core work and mobility exercises to round out the workout. The sessions changed daily so you and your body are always challenged in the best possible way. Come ready to sweat, have fun, and torch some calories (45 mins).

  • This low-impact strength training class is designed for the active senior who wants to maintain and build strength for life. Work with a Personal Trainer, in a fun small group setting, to meet meet new friends, improve balance, core strength, bone density and overall strength and conditioning (45 mins).
