Kristen Dell

With a deep passion for mindful movement and holistic wellness, Kristen is a certified Yoga Instructor, NASM Personal Trainer, and seasoned group fitness instructor dedicated to helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence both on and off the mat.
Holding a 200-hour yoga certification, and with thousands of teaching hours under her belt, Kristen offers a grounded, alignment-focused approach to her classes that balances strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
In addition to yoga, Kristen is a Pilates and Barre instructor, bringing a dynamic, low-impact style that emphasizes posture, core stability, and muscular endurance. She has also completed the comprehensive Polestar Pilates certification course, enriching her practice with a deep understanding of functional movement and the Pilates method.
Combining these modalities, Kristen creates thoughtful, inclusive classes and training sessions that empower clients to move with intention and joy. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, Kristen offers a welcoming space for all levels.

  • This ballet inspired, core-centric class focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility and posture as you work through targeted mindful muscle movements. Utilizing the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements set to fantastic music,  Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs, and arms, and burns fat in record- breaking time.

  • TRX - Balance, Strength & Flexibility

    The TRX suspension training uses your body as resistance to develop a balanced, strong, and flexible body. Your coach will guide your movement through a range of upper body, lower body, total body and core strengthening exercises. The workouts are like a fusion of Yoga, Pilates and strength training in one amazing 60-minute session.

  • Forever Strong
  • This low-impact strength training class is designed for the active senior who wants to maintain and build strength for life. Work with a Personal Trainer, in a fun small group setting, to meet meet new friends, improve balance, core strength, bone density and overall strength and conditioning (45 mins).
