We have exciting news for our Forever Strong community!
Beginning this week, Forever Strong is expanding to include Fridays at 11:15, in addition to its regular Monday and Wednesday schedule. You can now join us three days a week at that time to keep building strength, confidence, and community.

Forever Strong is a strength training circuit designed specifically for seniors. The class focuses on improving muscular strength, balance, coordination, and overall mobility in a fun, supportive environment. Each session offers a variety of functional movements and resistance exercises tailored to help you stay active, independent, and strong for life.
