What is Cardio Dance?
Cardio Dance is a high-energy, heart-pumping workout that combines easy-to-learn dance moves with upbeat music to keep you smiling while you sweat. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just love to move, Carolyn’s class is designed to be inclusive, joyful, and effective for all fitness levels.
Expect to burn calories, boost endurance, improve coordination, and, most importantly, have fun while doing it.
Meet Your Instructor: Carolyn
Carolyn brings passion, positivity, and years of experience leading group fitness classes. Her goal is to make sure everyone leaves class feeling strong, confident, and uplifted. No choreography stress required.
