Get Fit & Earn Points: Join Our Group Exercise Challenges at South Yuba Club!

 

Summer is here, and there's no better time to level up your fitness routine, and earn rewards while you're at it! At South Yuba Club, we’re running two ongoing Group Exercise Challenges designed to keep you motivated, connected, and moving. Whether you're a group class regular or a cycling enthusiast, there’s something for everyone. Here’s what’s happening:

 

Challenge #1: The Group Exercise Check-In Challenge
Consistency is key to reaching your fitness goals, and we want to reward you for showing up. In the Group Exercise Challenge, every time you check in at the club and attend a group exercise class, you earn points. It's that simple!

How It Works:

1 check-in + 1 class = 1 point

 

Be sure to sign up for classes ahead of time on our website or in your South Yuba Club app.

 

The more classes you attend, the more points you rack up. Prizes are awarded when you hit 50 classes, 100 classes, etc!

 

All group exercise classes count, whether it's Yoga, Team Training, Group Power, or Pilates.


This is a great way to explore new classes, meet other members, and make your workouts a regular habit. Plus, friendly competition never hurts.

 


 


Challenge #2: The Cycling Mileage Club
If cycling is your thing, this one’s for you. The Cycling Mileage Club Challenge rewards members for the distance they ride in any of our cycling classes. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a daily rider, every mile moves you closer to the top.

How It Works:


Earn points for every mile you ride in a cycling class


Mileage is tracked weekly by our instructors


Ride more = earn more


Whether you're chasing a personal record or just love the energy of a great cycling session, this challenge is a fun way to push your limits.

 
Why Join the Challenges?


Besides the bragging rights and motivation, both challenges come with chances to win prizes, celebrate your milestones, and stay accountable with your fellow members. It's also a fantastic way to stay consistent through the season and get to know our awesome group exercise instructors.

 

 
How to Participate:


Simply check in at the front desk for each visit.


Be sure to sign up for the class you're attending through your MindBody app, or have our front desk staff sign you into class when you check in to the Club.


Track your progress on the leaderboard posted weekly at the club.


No sign-up fees. No complicated rules. Just show up, move your body, and have fun!
