South Yuba Club is thrilled to introduce a fresh and transformative way to start your day: Mindful Movement with Suzanne, a 75-minute class offered every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 7:00 AM starting May 1st.
Led by beloved long-time instructor Suzanne Sanger, this class is more than just a workout, it’s an immersive experience in conscious, embodied movement. Drawing on decades of training and teaching in yoga, Pilates, barre, fascia release, and movement therapy, Suzanne has created a class that seamlessly blends these practices into one gentle, powerful flow.
What makes this class unique? For the first time, Suzanne has full freedom to weave together all the modalities she loves, from The Roll Method® to Ayurvedic bodywork, from dance to meditation, into a truly intuitive practice. Her deep well of knowledge and her gift for crafting inspired sequences in the moment make each class a one-of-a-kind journey.
Mindful Movement is slow and intentional, designed to leave you feeling:
- Lengthened and spacious in your body.
- Build strength through subtle, deep engagement
- Grounded in your center
- Connected to your breath and inner awareness
- Whether you're a dedicated yogi, a movement enthusiast, or someone simply looking for a nourishing way to begin the day, this class offers a beautiful space to awaken your body and calm your mind.
Join us on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:00 AM at South Yuba Club, and let Suzanne guide you into the day with grace, strength, and deep presence. Your body—and spirit—will thank you.
