Group Exercise Launch

Every quarter, we launch a brand new Group Power program, with new music and new moves to keep your workouts fresh. All classes get involved in the fun, and it's a great opportunity to try a new class, or bring a friend to your favorites. We invite you to join us for this fun morning. Members are welcome to bring friends and family to their favorite classes!

 

We will have raffle prizes in each class, and refreshments available before and after. 

 

If you've been on the fence about trying Group Power, or any of our Group Exercise Classes, this is the perfect opportunity to try it out! Group Exercise is one of the best ways to keep yourself motivated to get to the gym, because classes are fun and engaging. Certified instructors take you from warm-up to cool-down, taking the guesswork out of your workout. We highly encourage all of our members to try at least one class.

 

Not sure what Group Power is all about? This class is a full-body strength workout, using barbells and weights. You'll work every muscle group, including full-body integration that invites all of your muscles to work together and builds overall strength and tone. 

 

As part of the Launch, we are offering a Popup Intro to Cycling Class on Saturday. This class is perfect for anyone who has been thinking about joining a cycling class or program at the Club. Learn the basics of stationary bikes, cardio zones and more so that you can get the most out of the cycling classes at the club. Sign up here to reserve your spot:
