Club News March 2024

At SYC, we are working to redefine your time at the gym as self-care time. Sure, sometimes taking care of your health takes the form of classic cardio and strength-training workouts. These are important elements to maintaining health and quality of life, and we are proud to offer the widest variety of exercise classes and equipment in the area. Lately, however, we've taken steps to make the Club a place to come to rest, restore and rejuvenate. It's all about balance, and we invite you to find yours at SYC this month.

With the brand new cold plunges and steam room added to our facility, we hope you'll find new ways to restore your body and mind when you come in to the Club. It's all about balance, and we want you to find yours at SYC.

Here is what's coming up at the Club:
 
 
New Class!

Barre with Kristen

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30 PM

Barre is a low-impact, toning workout inspired by Ballet and Pilates. All fitness levels are welcome, and you do NOT need to have a dance background to love this class. Come check it out!

PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS

at South Yuba Club

Ages 18 months +

Available to the public!

Summer is coming, and there's no better time to start teaching your little one how to stay safe in the water. Our certified and experienced instructors will guide your child through lessons that are both FUN and EFFECTIVE for building water safety skills. Our indoor, heated pool keeps kiddos comfortable in the

water while they learn!

Ready for a challenge?

Beginning April 1st, we will be starting an SYC Mileage Club in all of our Cycling Classes!


In order to participate, be sure to sign up for the Stages Studio + app on your phone. Use the app in ALL cycling classes that you attend, and you'll start getting your workout summaries. Even though the challenge starts in April, we recommend taking this step sooner so you are familiar with how the app works.

There will be prizes for goals of 250, 500, 1000, and 2500 miles.
