Evening Childcare Hours

Starting January 3, we will be offering evening childcare on Mondays and Wednesdays! Childcare will be open from 4:00 - 6:45 PM.
Childcare is available for children ages 6 months - 8 years. We ask that members sign up in advance online, or through your SYC app, or by calling the front desk.

If you are ready for clean eating, healthy workouts, a fun community, and RESULTS then join us for the LIFESTYLE REBOOT CHALLENGE. We’ve combined EXERCISE + NUTRITION + ACCOUNTABILITY so you can lose those extra pounds, gain strength and fitness, and improve your overall well-being.
We are providing 4 weeks of coaching, workouts, and a failsafe nutrition system that allows you to use healthy grocery store foods, and daily accountability so you have all the tools and support to make 2023 your best year ever. You'll get:
- Nutrition Program - Choose from a simple, straightforward eating plan, or color-coded meal portioning system, to make your nutrition plan easy to follow! Both plans use grocery store foods that are easy to shop for and have in your pantry.
- Coaching & Accountability – We all do better when we know what to do, how to do it and are held accountable. Attend the weekly in-person Group Coaching sessions for real-world tips, checking in and staying motivated. These meetings, along with your 30-day program journals and access to the online coaching group will give you everything you need to finish this challenge strong and successful.
- Fitness Classes and Training - Optimal health includes fueling your body well (nutrition), and moving often (exercise). Options like yoga, pilates, cycling, and Trainer-led Team Training classes will take the guesswork out of exercise and keep your routine fresh and fun.
- Online Support/Community – You'll get access to our online fitness and nutrition coaching group so that you stay motivated and know exactly what to do each day at home and at the gym.

We'll see you at the kick-off meeting on January 27. We will introduce you to the program, answer all of your questions, and give you everything you need to get started on this 30-day transformational program.

This low-impact strength training class is designed for the active senior who wants to maintain and build strength for life. Work with a Personal Trainer, in a fun small group setting. We'll work to improve your balance, core strength, bone density and overall health.

Mellow Flow Fusion

Mellow Flow Fusion is a wonderful combination of mindful yoga flow with functional movement patterns that create a balance of strength and ease. This class is for all individuals looking to get to know their body in a new way with movement patterns that support daily living activities. If you have a strong fitness background or are just starting your fitness journey, this class will enhance your mind/body connection and will be a wonderful addition to your fitness regimen. Come breathe and go on a deep body exploration.

We want you to try group exercise. Our classes are effective, safe and most of all FUN. They'll have you looking forward to your time at the gym, and we know that'll get you in here so we see you more often.
We have two raffle opportunities happening in January:
#1 - Take 16 Classes in 30 Days
Pick up a punch card at the front desk when you come to the club.
Bring your card to class and have your instructor punch your card for each class you take. Complete 16 classes, then turn your completed punch card in at the front desk.
We will draw 2 winners at the end of the month for a $50 cash prize!

#2 - Drag a Friend to Class
You'll both come out Smiling!
We're bringing this challenge back for January!
Bring someone new to class (or someone that hasn’t come for 3 months) and you'll each get entered in our weekly raffles. Let your instructor know that you brought a friend, and you'll each get a raffle ticket. Fill it out and drop it in the raffle box at the front desk.
We will draw weekly winners for $10 Amazon gift cards, and at the end of the month, we'll draw one winner for two $50 cash prizes!
Haven’t been to class in 3 months? Bring yourself! You’ll get a raffle ticket for coming to class.
Classes BEFORE 8AM & AFTER 5PM are worth DOUBLE POINTS!

Two cold plunges and a new steam room are coming in late January. Cold therapy is used to treat, heal, and improve multiple body systems.
