We’ve said this before, but we are proud of our training team which is comprised of an incredible and diverse set of individuals who each bring their own passion, life experience and perspective to training.

MEET ARI TURNER

Ari joined the SYC training staff this past May. If you’re an early bird, you may recognize her. She brings an exceptional level of positive energy and enthusiasm to her role which includes the 6am Cross Training Class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as Personal Training.


SETTING THE TONE

“I love teaching the 6am Cross Training Class, it sets the tone for my day! Starting my morning bright and early with a strength and endurance routine helps me continue to make healthy choices throughout my day! Also, my class is great, we’re like a little family that is always growing.

 

A SOLID FOUNDATION

Fitness is not new to Ari’s life. She has played competitive sports growing up and says, “it jump-started my love for fitness and health and built a solid foundation for me as a young adult to grow with.” It was when she became a mom though that she began to funnel her passion for fitness into coaching and personal training.


HER JOURNEY

“Fitness has always been a passion of mine, but it wasn’t until I had my son almost 5 years ago that I really started taking my fitness to the next level and decided to become a certified personal trainer. After going through my pregnancy and giving birth, I realized not only how much your body changes during pregnancy but how much needs to change once you’re ready to start working out again. I knew that if I, someone who had been into fitness before getting pregnant was being challenged in new ways back at the gym, then new moms who were new to fitness must have so many questions. It was then that I decided to start my journey on becoming a certified postpartum specialist. I just want to help women feel strong and beautiful.”

We are so excited to have Ari on our team! Join her for Cross Training every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am.
