The AR Press exercise starts by grabbing the band with one hand. Step away from the wall until there is tension then get into position with a stable tall skeleton, feet shoulder width apart, good posture, squeeze in the butt, and tighten the core. Using both hands, extend out away from the chest, pause and then come back. Repeat with a nice clean, smooth motion out and back in. Avoid any twisting and/or shoulder change.
Turn around and repeat the same number of reps on the other side.
