Pilates
This mat class moves through all the essential exercises and prepares students for all levels of Pilates mat exercises. Focus is on basic Pilates principles, including proper breathing, and shoulder and pelvic stabilization. Students will improve core strength, balance and flexibility.

Mindful Pilates
Mindful Pilates invites you to slow down and get to know your myofascial matrix from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet during Pilates movements by focusing on enhancing core strength around the entire circumference and along the whole length of your spine. In this class you will increase stability and flexibility, become aware of myofascial slings across your body, find balance and ease of movement and develop mental clarity and mind-body connection. We will use therabands, hand weights, balls, blocks and other tools to wake up and move!
