Suzanne Sanger
Suzanne Sanger is certified in Jill Miller’s “Role Model” techniques, is a Kripalu-trained Yoga teacher, a certified Pilates Instructor, a certified Kettle Bell instructor and Personal Trainer. She has studied and taught Kundalini Yoga and numerous forms of dance and movement, including expressive arts with Anna Halprin and the Tamalpa Institute. Suzanne’s work, in all forms, is inspired by the rhythm of life and the beauty of nature. Her intention is to create and hold a space where people can connect to and experience spirit and dive into their bodies.

“Mindful Movement” is an exciting new offering that blends elements of yoga, Pilates, barre, fascia release, and movement therapy. This class is a guided journey into embodied awareness. Gentle and slow, students will leave feeling lengthened, strengthened, grounded, and deeply connected to both body and breath.
