Teresa Cull

As a championship and competitive collegiate athlete in Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, and Dance, Teresa’s base in her 40 years in the fitness field stems from sports, athletics, and dance performance. Strength training, core/functional training, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and diet were key to her as an athlete and became a way of life. Knowledge and education were crucial to support not only her personal goals and priorities, but also for her ever growing desire to teach, coach, motive, and inspire others to also live healthy and fit lives.
As a college professor for 16 years, owner/director of two fitness centers, partner of JUMP dance/gymnastics studio, and dance instructor for the NCA, she has taught an extensive variety of classes including: Jazz/HipHop/Street Dance, Choreography, Dance Performance, Anatomy Kinesiology, Nutrition, Strength Training, Conditioning for sports teams and much more.
Her in-depth & well-rounded knowledge and experience, coupled with her fun, upbeat and caring nature, has allowed her to work well with all ages and conditions in the many facets of fitness, well-being, and aging. Her reputation has rendered ongoing referrals from chiropractors and physical therapists. Philosophically, Teresa is a firm believer in finding JOY in all that we do – including our workouts, and that Health is our only true Wealth.

This class is a brilliantly choreographed fusion of funk dance for all levels, with well-balanced muscle work in an aerobic format. Set to great music, and led by great instruction, this class is appropriate and FUN for all levels.
