Kid's Club

Welcome to the SYC Kid’s Club, our convenient, on-site childcare. Our friendly staff will enable you to enjoy your workout while your children participate in a variety of creative activities. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun and stimulating environment allowing each child the opportunity to meet other kids, learn new activities including crafts and exercise games and to have fun!

Monday - Friday 8:15 a.m - 12:00 noon
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

Evening Hours
Monday & Wednesday 4:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

POLICIES

We want your children to have a safe and enjoyable time with us, so please take a few minutes to look over our policies.

Parent(s) must remain in the club at all times.

Childcare is available for children from three months to eleven years of age.

You must make a reservation for your child. This enables the club to properly staff the room. Registration can be done in person or by phone 470-9100. Children not pre-registered may be turned away. If a reservation is not canceled at least 2 hours in advance, you may be subject to a charge equal to one hour of childcare. Childcare cannot guarantee your reservation if you are more than 15 minutes late and have not called to notify the Club. Reservations for infants under the age of 15 months are limited to one and one-half hours per sign-up.

For the safety of your child, we will release your child only to the person who delivered him/her to childcare. If you wish to have someone else pick up your child, including the other parent, you must inform the Childcare staff, in writing, at the time you leave your child.

Childcare fees are $3.00 per hour per child. Each additional child is $2.50 per hour. Fees are billed in 15-minute increments, which are rounded up. Payment for Childcare is required at the time of service. A discounted, prepaid punch card is also available for purchase at the Member Service Desk.

Please evaluate your child for illness. Our staff reserves the right to refuse any child whose health may compromise others in the room. The childcare staff WILL NOT APPLY OR ADMINISTER ANY MEDICATIONS. Kid’s Club HAS THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A DOCTORS NOTE TO RETURN.
Label everything including diaper bags, clothes, pacifiers, toys, etc!

Children are not allowed in any part of the club other than the Kid’s Club unless accompanied by Kid’s Club staff.

A changing table is available for your use. We will hold your diaper bag, but may call you if the need for a “change” arises.
